Hello Guanabadetes.

Aren’t Wednesdays great?  Apparently Wednesdays are the new Friday, so I guess that makes Fridays the old Wednesdays? It’s that time of week when you just got over your weekend and looking forward to the next. So who else better to share this special day with than one of your dear friends.

What makes Guanabana Wednesdays special is that you can now buy one of our home made burgers and get the cheapest one free. All you have to do with your friend is Check In with Facebook or Foursquare or even twitter that your in Guanabana and you get a free burger. There comes a time in a mans or womans life when you know that settling for anything less than a Leg Of Beast just wont cut it. “me strong like bull” “me want meat” that primal urge and a nostalgia from a Flintsone Era has led us to create the Leg of Beast. The mother of all beef shanks braised for 6-8 hours.
The menu is still in development with already a couple of trials under our very tight belt and some happily full volunteers. With an unsual shortage of really good cuts of halal steak in restaurants, we took it upon us to try and source out grass fed cattle to produce the best quality steak cuts we can find.
With an in depth understanding of beef anatomy and flavour we worked with some very talented butchers to provide an ever changing variety of steak dishes. From the melt in your moth rib eye, the tender sirloin all the way to the  rolls Royce of cuts the filet mignon.
